Hello,

The Tooltips support for Mootools 1.2.4 has been added. Please upgrade AJAX Register to latest version (1.4.2).

However, the Mootools upgrade plugin included since Joomla 1.5.19 doesn't contain the Tips library so you will have to update it as well. More info here: www.sakic.net/support/faq/ajax_register/#4
