Hi
I have just installed Ajax Recommend and I have some issues. I get the following message when I try to use it:
There was a problem with the request.
This happens all the time. However, if I enter a messgae in the message box the email does get sent but still reports the problem if I don't enter a message the email doesn't get sent at all?
Any ideas - I am running 1.0.15 Stable and I have checked the file permissions.

Thanks

Which module version do you use? Try upgrading to the latest version.

Hello,
The problem is that your live_site variable in configuration.php was set to psoriasis-help.org.uk while you were accessing site by www.psoriasis-help.org.uk . I changed it and now it's all fine.
AJAX prevents cross-site references and in some cases it considers www and non-www version of the same site different ones.
I suggest you set up a redirect from psoriasis-help.org.uk to www.psoriasis-help.org.uk . You can do this in SEF Advance (you need to upgrade because your old version doesn't have this setting) or in .htaccess.
