Captcha and Password Validator Not Showing

First, I want to thank you for a good product.  Since installing the Joomla site, I have been unable to get the standard user registration to work.  After installing AJAX Register today, people can now sign up on my site.  My concern is that the captcha field and password validator are not showing up.  I think it might be as simple as a wrong setting on my site, but I've checked them all.  Perhaps I am missing something.

I would be happy to send you a temporary admin login so that you can check it out.  There is a good possibility that it could be an issue with the template since the original module never worked.

In that case I will probably need both the Joomla admin password and FTP info. Please send them on email.
