This is advanced configuration and you must be familiar with Joomla template override system. So this is primarily for template developers and I don't give (free) support for this.

To answer your question template overrides for registration component are to be placed on:
./templates/your_template/html/com_user/register/
You copy the files default.php and default_message.php from
./components/com_ajaxregister/views/register/tmpl/
then you can edit them there and turn on "allow overrides".
