Unsure of CSS Syntax

thanks for explaining the # - I hadn't seen that before, and just updated it. However, I am going out of my mind - I have updated all of the style sheets, and when I thought I had it working before, I was incorrect - it isn't working properly still.

What else could I possibly be missing?

As I said before, you should go from styleID.css and NOT style.css
Find included styleID.css and edit that one for individual styling. If it doesn't work just send me the access info, I will take a look.
