add text to nav arrows

Hi, I have the ajax scroller, my boss seems to find the arrows to scroll in the module not big enough to notice for everyone. is there a way i can add text to the left of this arrow and say "more" or preferably in german "weiterscrollen".

ok, managed to get the arrows the size i want them, can anyone tell me please how to get the hotspot behind the buttons now in just the right position. many thanks

If you want bigger buttons make a new image and adjust the CSS accordingly.
