I see AJAX Register working here:
www.consumosostenible.co/component/users/?view=registration
If you created any extra fields you must make sure they are visible on registration and published. And that AJAX Register users plugin is enabled.
If you can't get it to work please send me the login details on mail and I will take a look.

OK, you need to update Joomla. You have v2.5.4, it doesn't work on that one for some reason. Please update to latest revision, 2.5.7 and it will work.

OK, so I must to update Joomla, but I need to be sure that with an update of Joomla I'm gonna have any risk of lose information or may be errors on the template. You can give me some advice?

You must always run latest version of Joomla. I am not telling you to upgrade from 2.5 to 3.0. I am telling you to upgrade from 2.5.4 to 2.5.7. The update only contains bug fixes and security patches.
If you want to be sure backup your site and then update.
