Emir-
I went through this the last time I purchased AJAXScroller (for Joomla 1.5.x), and I've since upgraded to 2.5.x and I'm having the same issue. I checked the permissions on the CSS files - they're all 644, and one of them has modified correctly, but the other three modules on the same page aren't following suit. Any ideas?
the homepage is located at dia.lunarservers.com/~ltveh0/
"Whats Happening on LTV" is taking the changes posted. The sections "From The Community Calendar", "Now Playing on LTV 20" and "Now Playing on LTV 22" are the ones that aren't cooperating.
Thanks for your help.

Custom CSS files should look like this:
joomla25.sakic.net/modules/mod_ajaxscrol...sets/css/style99.css
Note the IDs in the actual styles.
Not like this:
dia.lunarservers.com/~ltveh0/modules/mod...sets/css/style90.css
joomla25.sakic.net/modules/mod_ajaxscrol...sets/css/style99.css
