500 error Passwords do not match

11 years 8 months ago #6924 by eyilara
Hi,
I have had this component for a while and just recently upgraded. I noticed something strange though, when a user is trying to register on the front end, if the passwords do not match, rather than get an error, I get redirected to a 500 internal error page which says "500 - PASSWORD DO NOT MATCH."
This only happens if the passwords don't match.
Do you have any idea what could cause this?
Thanks in advance.

I guess it's regular Joomla behavior. Do you have Asynchronous check enabled?

I just disabled Asynchronous check and the problem is still there. I actually want it enabled.
Its the same error on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Please advise.
