I can translate the field lable, but cannot translate the tool tips,
example: field label "Children Name" and I translate it CHILDREN_NAME="xxx", but about the tool tip "Enter Children Name", I translate it to ENTER_CHILDREN_NAME="xxxxxx", not work.
Please help me ! Thx!

What do you have in Description field in admin for that field?

I have four custom field description need to translate.
"Enter your city"
"Enter your children's name"
"Birthday of your children"
"Enter your mobile number"

Well put the constant there, like ENTER_CHILDREN_NAME
Then translate the constants in the language files.
