Ajax register - no confirmation email !

Hello,

I installed Ajax register and created my extra fields but when a user validates the form, neither user and administrator receive email especially the email to activate the account (for the user) that joomla registration send...
Could you help me ?

Check if your site can send emails at all. For example from the contact form. This has usually nothing to do with my component as it uses standard Joomla functions for mail sending. It is most probably wrong mail configurations on your Joomla site or server.

Thanks for your reply but my site sends emails...and better, when I install your component, the register form does not send email and, when I uninstall your component and use the standard joomla form, it sends email !!!
So I don't know what is wrong ...

OK, it may be an error in the language files. Did you edit any language strings?

Yes, I translated the en-GB.com_ajaxregister.ini file to French !

Do I make something wrong ?

Yes, you probably did something wrong and the string breaks the email function.
