Use Joomla Captcha Plugins (Playthru)

I've installed the Playthru Captcha plugin from www.fabbricabinaria.it to my Joomla 2.5 and set it as the default Captcha for Joomla.

Is there any way to use the default Joomla Captcha or add Playthru to AjaxRegister?

Then like Google Captcha you sign up for keys specific for your website url here:
portal.areyouahuman.com/signup

In Joomla Plugin-Manager Put the keys into the playthru plugin

Then in the Joomla Global Configuration / Site set the Default Captcha to Captcha - Play Thru

Now my Joomla Forgot password and Forgot username use the playthru captcha but AjaxRegister (which is brilliant) uses it's own setup of Captcha not the default one set in Joomla.

I'm quite happy sticking with the normal Captcha for registration but we do like the playthru one.
