How it works for URL ? Can anyone explain me ? Because in my country we have a rule for "CPF" fields and i have the code in PhP to verify this ... how can i do it ?

You can't have custom validation rules, it may come in future versions.
For now there is only validation for date and URL (which checks if it's valid domain).
