add bootstrap to registration form

Hello Saka,

i tried to add bootstrap to registration form, it works, i also modified the link (modal) to jcepopup so it can be responsive.

but i have a problem with hidden conditional field. it do not position as other fields. i cannot control that field as expected.

do you have any idea, also can you add bootstrap support in next version

also is it possible to include this github.com/chrisvanpatten/responsive-recaptcha in next release to have total responsive layout ?

The conditional field is wrapped in an extra container, maybe that's what causes you problems.

Actually i am using imaqma help desk, is it possible to get ajax reregistration fileds to work with it?
