Hi,
Just discovered the dependency function. Love it and it is just what I need. It works fine in IE10, but in FF and GC I have two issues:
1.
After selecting the dependency value (Notified Body in field Authority) the field NB Number does not appear.
2.
On the first visit the captcha does not show. After filling the form and hitting the register button the page refreshes and I receive an error message 'captcha validation failed'. On this page all possible extra fields are shown, no captcha.
Second visit or refresh shows captcha, but issue 1 stays.
You can find the form here:

Regards,
Henk

Hello,
1) Please disable "required" on dependency field. The required prevents it from working. It is known issue and will be fixed in the next release.
2) Looks like the built-in captcha has some hickups on some configurations. If you want me to have a look send me the access info with FTP please.

Thank you, changing the dependency field to not required works.
It seems it also solves the issue with captcha.
Thanks again!
