Great plugin thank you.
I am using the default Extra field Date of Birth and do see a field in the registration form.
But the selection of the date picker is simply a grey rectangle.
Firebug reveals <span class="icon-calendar"></span>
But there is no icon appearing.
I am using Joomla 3.5.1.
Any suggestions welcome.
