Can't get a download link

Hello, I have written three support emails. I haven't received a reply. I purchased the AJAX - Recommend product and every time I respond to the download email that asks me to click this link to download the product, the link sends me to the page that asks me to input the email I made the purchase with in order to receive the download link! It simply loops and sends me the same email to click this link to download.

It's fixed now, it can be downloaded now. However, please note that this product (AJAX Recommend) has been discontinued. It will only work on old Joomla versions 1.0 or 1.5, and not on more recent versions. But, if you for any reason need to download it, you can do so now.
