Create an Account not working

Hello, on the website zenzohosting.ca/peils/index.php we have installed Ajax Register and have enable User Registration. However, when you click on the "Create an Account" it does not take you to the Registration Form, I have created the form here zenzohosting.ca/peils/index.php?option=c...er&view=registration

Would you be able to tell me why the Create an Account link does not take the user to the Registration page?
