Changing Link for Registration

Hello, how do I change the URL that a user is taken to when they click "Create an Account"? On the website zenzohosting.ca/peils/index.php when you click on "Create an Account" it tries to take you to zenzohosting.ca/peils/index.php/componen...istration&Itemid=101 I need to change this link to zenzohosting.ca/peils/index.php?option=c...er&view=registration does anyone know how to change the URL? Thank you in advance.

So the problem was that there was no entry for default Joomla registration anywhere in the menus. Joomla uses this entry to create link for registration. AJAX Register system plugin then overrides this to point to its own component.
