The file was not saved with correct encoding. It should be saved as UTF-8 - No BOM.
I converted it to right encoding and also put it to correct place: language/pl-PL/pl-PL.com_ajaxregister.ini
and now it works fine: www.androidapps.pl/rejestracja.html
