SMF to Kunena converter

I've tried out the SMF to Kunena converter and for the most part it worked.
The biggest issue is that the images in the posts and attachments are all missing. So are the avatars.
It also missed a few categories which I'm assuming is because of a time out. I was going to delete the SMF boards that worked and try running it again with the missing ones.
Any suggestions on either of these on things I may have missed?

Hello,
Yes, I didn't write any conversion for avatars and attachments, simply because they were not used or were not relevant for this forum.
I guess it will have to be added to the conversion script.
