Text Scroller does not show up

I have installed Text Scroller in Joomla 3.7.2 using a Rocketheme template. Text Scroller seemed to install just fine. I created a module using Text Scroller to show an article. The Article ID corresponds to the correct article, it is published and has a module position. I still can not get it to show up on my page. Suggestions as to the problem???
It should show up at the bottom of: west.premierlubbock.com/index.php/indivi...-family-registration

Looks like you got it to work...

No, had to have it working and no response from customer service. Had to go with a completely different product. Never could get yours to work after hours of trying.

Which customer service? Text Scroller is a free product, but there is no free customer service and free support.
