Contact form wasn't working so I tried creating new contact, now it's a 404

when i got to www.mydomain.com/contact or even clicking the menu link it gives me a 404.  It's the latest version of SEF and I don't know what to do...

Can anyone help?

Turn on debug and see if output gives some hints.
