No suitable Loader found

When I ran the test scripts, it is telling me that:Status: Run-time loading should be possible on your system but no suitable Loader was found.

I checked with my hosting company, and I looked it up myself and I definitely need to install Linux x86 loader. I assume I'm downloading the correct file? On the download page, you have a choice of different download, zip and installer, I used the installer and then changed the name of the folder to ioncube and then uploaded into my root and ran the test and again.

Any ideas?
