Strange URL

cms2.tntech.edu/students/

I can't for the life of me figure out why this page is calculated as /students.

I generate URL's by category and page alias.  So, in theory, this page should be /wrc/students (which actually DOES work when you type it in).

I really can't figure this one out....any help would be appreciated (un/pw can be given upon request).

Maybe you set the config to skip section /category part of the URL.

Config is as follows:

Use title alias   Yes
Lower case Yes
Include section No
Include category Yes
Unique item No
