Backlins, redirects not working or is it me?

Hi
It works on other sites, but on this particular one it isn't and I'm probably going to look a tit for not spotting this, but why not?
The old URL is:
www.dugdale.se/archive/13-tech/51-run-a-...me-on-your-qnap-nas/
and it is supposed to redirect to:
www.dugdale.se/blog/tech/run-a-joomla-we...me-on-your-qnap-nas/
But it doesn't, despite telling it to in the backend. Help anyone?
