get this error on main domain after transfer site to a new host
Site error: the file /home/fmxxxx/public_html/components/com_sef/sef_func.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.
I have the ioncube folder in my site

Maybe your server doesn't allow dynamic loading. Upload the tester file:
www.sakic.net/content/scripting_files/sef_advance_tester.zip
It will tell you exactly. If that is the case you will have to ask your host to install ionCube loader in php.ini
