Help Trailing Slash Missing

I have everything installed great but my urls do not have the trailing slash....
How do i fix this I want the trailing slash .... but the urls are
www.mydomain.com/file
Please advise

OK I figured that out
But sef advance is not working without legacy ? Why ?

SEF Advance 2008 does work without legacy mode.
Possibly some extensions for 3rd party components require legacy mode, depends what you are using.
