Conflict with Frontpage Slideshow

Is there any reason why SEF Advance would conflict with Frontpage Slideshow?

These two used to work together in Joomla 1.0. I have now migrated to Joomla 1.5 and am fixing bugs. SEF Advance doesn't seem to have a problem with anything else - just Frontpage Slideshow. I've actually turned it off now on the live site. But if you have any ideas that would allow me to use this it would be most appreciated.
