How to remove and fix the link:
www.news.calcuttatube.com/india/ sci%11tech.html
to www.news.calcuttatube.com/india/ sci-tech.html

If you have hyphen as word separator then the regular hyphens in URLs will be replaced by %11.
To avoid that you can either replace hyphens with something else, like -=>_ so you get www.news.calcuttatube.com/india/sci_tech.html or you set "use title alias" in SEF Advance configurations.
