Multiple jReviews franchise listings with same name

I am building a jReviews site for reviewing businesses. Included in the listing is a franchise operation (like McDonalds). For each store, the address is different but the store name "McDonalds" is the same so the joomla title is the same.

Within title_alias.jos_content, I can postpend the city name and post code so as to make each listing unique like:

  mcdonalds-new-york-10024


In SEF Advance, since all stores have the same title, they all have the same shortURL:

  /mcdonalds/

What do you recommend to handle this situation.
