Virtuemart Menu Page Problem

Created a menu item on the site called "SHOP".  The menu items is a joomla type of "virtuemart", which is intended to show all of the categories on a single page. 

Of the parameters I could select for the virtuemart menu item, I left all fields blank (ie, category id, flypage, etc...left all of these blank).


The page works fine without the SEF Advanced Trial version enabled.  The URL is : www [dot] blixies [dot] com/option,com_virtuemart/Itemid,16/

It shows all eight categories with category thumbnails.

But with the SEF component installed, I am directed a vm browse page that represents the first category in my store (Van Gogh Oil Paintings).

Otherwise, I am impressed and happy with the component.  Any help?

Are you using the SEF extension from here? www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/extensions/
