I have tried everything, i have uploaded the right .htaccess file from the zip package and still nothing. here are the problems.
The sign up / register area dissapears
try clicking any link in that area and it will just do nothing.
Any help????

Regarding alphacontent that's up to alphacontent component, nothing to do with SEF Advance as it's controlled by the extension file.

?? What do you mean? It might be Itemid issue.
