Loop with using morfeoshow and joomfish

Strange problem,
I use morfeoshow to show some pictures, changing from dutch to german is ok but when I change to english 404 page shows up or firefox talkes about a loop.
When I deactivate Sef advance it works well.
Any Idea?

I found this when testing
www.mandi.be/en//round-our-house/view/1.html?lang=en

There is a double // behind en  that is not with the other languages Where is it coming from?
