SEF Advance + XMAP

Hi,
I'm running XMAP for my sitemap and SEF Advance works perfectly with every link EXCEPT all external links.
For instance, I have an external menu item of www.therealdr.com/store/all-east-coast-excursions-94/ , which works fine from the Joomla main menu, however in XMAP (ans JMap) the external links shows www.therealdr.com/store/all-east-coast-excursions-94/ &Itemid=654 (adding the item ID to the end of the URL.
This is giving me a 404 page not found error for all of my external links.
I mailed Eric but I think hes very busy, so I wondered if anyone else had come across this issue?
Would appreciate any advice anyone my have.

I found the solution to this Unfortunately I left an old version of Joomap on my site and once I'd removed this all of the external URLS in XMAP were fine. There must be some form of conflict somehere.
Apologies for raising an issue when it was simply my own lack of knowledge
