Extension for jDownload

I installed the jDonwload: www.jdownloads.com/
but it's lacking the extension for Sef Advance and if it disables the panel Sef Advance then start the download, there is an extension?

All extensions that I built are already on www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/extensions/
So no point in asking if I have extension for XY component. You know the drill: ask the component author, for sef_ext.php or for default router.php. Lastly, I can make it as custom job for a fee.
