Is SefAdvance compatible with Juga Access Control?

I have a  client who needs access control for their Joomla site.  I installed Juga www.dioscouri.com/index.php?option=com_c...blog&id=91&Itemid=13 and when I turn it on the site won't load. The error is that the site cannot be found.

I haven't taken the time to read through the Juga documentation yet.  I figured I would ask if anybody had any experience with Juga and Sef Advance.
