Differt link in feed list

Hi, has noticed that if I insert a link in summary description, in the list of the feeds, the links are different.
Example: in this article www.cellularihitech.it/cellulare/Nokia/Nokia-C1-e-Nokia-C2.html I have inserted this link www.cellularihitech.it/cellulare/Nokia/Nokia-C6.html but in the feeds the link is so www.cellularihitech.it/cellulari/Home/ce.../Nokia/Nokia-C6.html .
How can I resolve the problem?

2) You insert link where? Which summary description? Which list of feeds?
3) In which feeds is link incorrect? URL?

-the links are in the article "Nokia C! e Nokia C2"
