SEF Advance extension for K2

Hello,

I'm glad you like it. I spent a great deal of time making it.

If you add "Dogs" category to the menu (with the same name) the "k2" prefix should disappear.

Currently there is no option for appending Google News ID to URLs for K2. Thanks for bringing it up, I will be looking into adding this in the next version of the extension for K2.

It's different in K2, not a big deal I think.

I'm trying to preserve ALL the old URLs of my joomla articles in the conversion to K2 articles. I have a lot of articles divided in multiple pages so for me it's important how the page number is handled in the URL.

I'll be looking into adding this in the next version of the extension.

If I disable SEF URLs the K2 search module points to this kind of URL:
/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=search&searchword=test

With SEF Advance + K2 extension:
/k2/?searchword=test

Thank you.

Where do you find this search module? It's not something that comes with K2?

EDIT: I found it, it's the Tools module. Will have a look.

OK guys, just for you: the new version is out. From the changelog:

- Changed the pagination style to /2/ for items and categories
- Added support for Search Box from K2 Tools module
- Added support for Archive and Calendar from K2 Tools module
- Added support for unique ID on item URLs as per Google News requirements

Get it on the extension page: www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/extensions/ and give it a try.
