Hi, my articles are not showing up for links to category blog / list layout of articles. If I disable SEF Advance 2008, works fine and I can see all the articles in this category.

It's probably because you use numerical titles (2008, 2009) so SEF Advance thinks it's pagination.
Is this category name (2009)? And section is called News?
