localhost test site SEF Advance problems

I created a copy of my live site via akeeba backup and uploaded said site to localhost on my home computer for testing.  All the links in the site 404 and in the backend I get a fatal error because the copy of SEF Advance is not licensed to the local host site.  How can I remedy this?

So I have downloaded the zip file.  What do I do now?  I attempted to install the file but get this error

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning! Failed to move file.

Then you have a problem with installations. Can you install any other Joomla component?

Problem fixed.  Had to change path to tmp folder path in global configuration.
