i can't click next page after install SEF

1st problem.
When click on category pedicure spa chairs , then pedicure chair , then click on manufacture drop down box for JA pedicure chair, the list of different category from nail salon furniture also displayed under the same category of pedicure chair. I need the items to be displayed separately when click by manufacture drop down box. How do i fix it?

2nd problem. 
When click on the display next page on pedicure chair , there is an error that says "NOT FOUND"The requested URL /store/pedicure-spa-chairs/pedicure-chair.html&limit=100&limitstart=100 was not found on this server." How do i fix it for that i can click on next display page.

How do i configure SEF for it to work right. I have enable legacy, mod_rewrite.
