SEF and Cron and jomCDN

I recently installed jomCDN on my site and it needs to run a cron job once a day unfortunately the cron can't run because the URL redirects thanks to SEFAdvance. I have redirect non sef url's set to no and another cron for jomsocial runs fine.

the jomCDN cron URL looks like this www.yoursite.com/?cdn_run_cron

If I run it from a browser it just redirects to a 404. If I turn off SEFAdvance then it works fine. It's kind of inconvenient to turn of SEF and run the cron once a day as it defeats the purpose of an automatic task!

Can you help.
