Yes, and you must have URL with "cellulari" because that's jReviews URL.

because I've "cellulari" only in this url? I've many jreviews' url and all without "cellulari", they are structured so: www.domain.it/section/category/articlename.html

Those are not jReviews URLs then. Those are links to the items within jReviews maybe. Disable SEF and see the non-sef URL.

No, those are article URLs. But jReviews list regular Joomla articles. The URL to that list is jReviews URL.
