CB Profile URL Plugin & SEF Advanced

Hi Emir,
We are using the Community Builder Profile Redirect URL plugin
extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...k_id,1617/Itemid,35/

Can you please tell us how to use your product for our site SEF and not lose the member profile URLS? Purchased it already however, we have not been able to get this plugin to work with this.

We really need the ability for our member to access their profiles via custom URLs, it works great at the moment. We chose your product because it was recommended to work with the iJoomla we are using.

Don't use any redirection plugins. Use my own SEF extension for CB found here:
www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/extensions/

Unfortunately I can't offer further support for this 3rd party plugin.

The author of this plugin says he could make it work if your code was not open source. Since neither of you can help, we are unable to use this component. Never expected so much difficulties with this implementation.

May we receive a refund for our purchase, as it will not serve our needs?

SEF Advance is not advertised to work with any 3rd party components, especially not with plugins for 3rd party components.
It is advertised to work with core Joomla and that's what you can expect support for.
You should always test SEF Advance free trial and see if it fulfills your needs prior to purchase.
