PHP Notice in logs

Hi,

I have started receiving 1000's of PHP Notices in my error_log

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Notice:  Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/components/com_sefadvance/build.php on line 0

The strange thing is that my server is configured to NOT show PHP Notices. No matter what I change the error_reporting level to i keep getting these notices in the logs.

/etc/php.ini
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_NOTICE

domain custom php.ini
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_NOTICE

I have also tried to set the bit values
error_reporting = 6135

The only component that reports any Notices is SEF ADV.
