SEF Advance is a component for Joomla! 1.0.
If there is demand for similar component for Joomla! 1.5 which will give more advanced URLs than the built-in ones there will certainly be such product.

However this would be a different product and has nothing to do with SEF Advance which is built for 1.0 line.
