There is a little bug in the implementation of the SEO-Append Page Number option of SEF Advance 2011
When there is a paginated content, SEF Advance always add 'Page 2' to the <title> tag on all subsequent pages as well.
Example here running SEF Advance 2011 1.3.2 on Joomla 2.5.11
www.strumentazioneelettronica.it/tecnolo...00000001124/?start=1
Title is: xxx - Page 2 [CORRECT]
www.strumentazioneelettronica.it/tecnolo...00000001124/?start=2
Title is: xxx - Page 2 [WRONG, this should be Page 3]
