Hi,
I am converting my 1200+ page static site to Joomla! and need to have SEF URL's.
I'm a little worried as I've read a lot of horror stories from other webmasters whose sites have ground to a halt or crashed web servers due to the amount of load produced by SEF components querying the database.
I've seen this problem reported by users of all the SEF components apart from SEF Advance. Does SEF Advance really have no issues in this area?
Thanks

SEF Advance deals effectively with sites with large content. I never get reports with database issues. And there is unique cache system that can additionally decrease database load on just a few extra queries per request.

Thanks, that's great news.
I thought I'd done all the work on the template and the rest and wouldn't be able to use it for my site!
