Looks like www.elo-forum.net/content/view/399/189/ is not available so it redirects to the homepage (it should redirect to / in fact but, because you set a suffix, it happens to redirect to .html). I will correct this behavior in next version.

In the meantime just setup a 404 page which will send dead links to 404 header instead of redirect.

Fixed now.
The request for non-existing content in built-in SEF will now lead to root.

Fix will be available in the next version (5.2).
